ALFA Chicago completed the renovation of the main lobby and six shared restrooms within the facility, modernizing high-traffic areas for improved comfort and accessibility. As part of the project, our team also installed a new walk-in cooler to support the building’s on-site food pantry, enhancing its capacity to serve the local community. The work was completed with minimal disruption to daily operations and with a focus on both function and long-term durability.
