ALFA Chicago was proud to lead the transformation of the Elizabeth Davis Apartments—a 13-story, 149-unit high-rise—through a comprehensive renovation that revitalized both its structure and its systems. Our scope included full tuckpointing of the exterior masonry, complete roof replacement, and major upgrades to the building automation system. We reimagined the outdoor experience with enhanced parking and landscaping, while inside, we brought new life to the lobby and elevator interiors. We also overhauled the building’s core infrastructure, replacing all plumbing systems—hot and cold water supply, waste lines, and sewer and water connections—ensuring lasting performance behind the walls. Under a separate contract, ALFA delivered full gut renovations for 36 units, creating fresh, modern living spaces for residents.
