ALFA Chicago led the development and construction of a 20-unit mixed-use building, seamlessly integrating residential and commercial space in a modern, community-focused design.The building includes 18 well-appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, two ground-floor commercial units ideal for local businesses, and an enclosed 12-car garage to serve both residents and tenants.

As both developer and general contractor, ALFA oversaw every aspect of the project—from acquisition and entitlement through design, construction, and occupancy. The building remains under the ownership and management of ALFA’s principals through an affiliated entity, reflecting our continued investment in the community and the long-term success of our developments.
