12,500 SF, 8-unit luxury apartment building consisting of 2 bed/2 bath and 3 bed/3 bath duplex units. ALFA Chicago was the general contractor as well as the prime developer of this project which included acquiring the land, rezoning, overseeing design, and stabilizing the building with tenants.
