ALFA Chicago served as both general contractor and developer for a 9,000 SF, 4-unit luxury condominium building. The project includes three spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duplexes and one 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom duplex, each designed with high-end finishes and access to a shared rooftop deck. As the prime developer, ALFA managed every phase of the project—from land acquisition and rezoning to design coordination, construction, and final unit sellout—delivering a boutique residential experience from the ground up.
